Los Angeles Lakers center Dwight Howard could learn a thing or two from Eric Garcia. The Grandview (Aurora, Colo.) senior has made 91% of his free throws throughout his high school career, which is far above the national high school, college and NBA average.
According to the NFHS Record Book, Seth Colclasure of Decatur Bellmont (Ind.) owns the highest career free throw percentage (minimum 300 attempts) among high schoolers at 93.6%. New Mexico head coach Steve Alford is 10th on the list at 88.6%.
