How High School Athletes Prove Themselves

Tell us how you prove yourself for a chance to win an iPad

Whether it’s making varsity, nailing a game-winning 3-pointer at state or anything in between, every athlete knows how they proved themselves in sports.

For the past three weeks, we’ve asked you to share your “Prove Yourself” moment for a chance to win an iPad. And the answers have been too good not to share.

So each day from now until the Everything To Prove Sweepstakes ends on Jan. 8, we’ll be sharing some of your most inspirational “Prove Yourself” moments.

Share your “Prove Yourself” moment here for a chance to win an iPad.

I FINALLY ran the mile in 7:28 in field hockey! I am so proud of myself that I joined the 7:30 club & got the t-shirt!
- Elizabeth Kleinertz, Jackson Liberty (Jackson, N.J.)

I prove myself daily by excercising, watching my diet, and working with my team. I always have a positive attitude and do my best.
- Jeremy Montijo, Camarillo (Camarillo, Calif.)

The second my cleats hit the softball field, my mind and heart are focused. Regardless of an injury I play with 120% dedication.
- Cassidy Greenzeig, Pascack Valley (Hillsdale, N.J.)

I live by the principles of hard work, dedication, & sportsmanship that make success attainable as a member of cross country.
– Evan Lee, Walled Lake Northern (Commerce Township, Mich.)

I think I prove myself by being positive…win or lose. I'm a team player and will pass to someone to score rather than ball hog.
- Cameron Harris, Forest Hills Central (Grand Rapids, Mich.)
