McDonald's has announced its nominees for the 2014 McDonald's All American Games, which will be held on April 2 and the United Center in Chicago. The final team of 24 boys and 24 girls will be announced on January 29. Players were nominated by high school coaches, athletic directors, principals and members of the McDonald's All American Game Selection Committee.
Nearly 1,000 players from 44 states and Washington, D.C., were nominated for the games. Ohio has the greatest number of nominees with 121, followed by Texas (97), Iowa (72), New York (63) and New Jersey (56).
