Here is a run down of the entire Class A football picture.

In Central A, Havre High will be extremely intriguing with all-state quarterback Dane Warp back and former Montana State-Northern and Helena Capital head coach Mark Samson, but the Belgrade Panthers are expected to give the Blue Ponies a run for the division title.

Whitefish, a state semifinalist a year ago, appears to be the cream of the crop in Northwestern A.

In Southwest A, Dillon and Butte Central, which fell to the Beavers in the title game on a two-point conversion, are the picks to finish 1-2 in the title race.

The Eastern A favorites are the Billings Central Rams, who were state semifinalists last year and bring back a lot of talent off last year’s squad. Sidney and Laurel should push the Rams.
