The Tigers will now turn around to play at Eau Gallie on Monday at 6 p.m. in a makeup game rescheduled due to Hurricane Matthew.

Holy Trinity’s Joc Perry scored on a fumble return and a punt return as the Tigers built a 21-14 halftime lead and held on. After Village Academy scored in the final minutes, it drove from its own 15 in the final 59 seconds but could get not closer than the Holy Trinity 20 before time expired. The visitors appeared to have a shot at the win when a receiver got behind the home defense, but he fell down at the 20.

Tay Griffin scored the other touchdown for Holy Trinity, on a first-half reverse.
