Woodlawn quarterback Josh Mosley was named the top offensive player and Minden linebacker Zi’Kerrion Baker was named the defensive MVP on the District 1-4A All-District team released Monday.

Mosely led the Knights to the district title by completing 177 passes for 1,289 yards with 18 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. He rushed for another 860 yards and five touchdowns, averaging nearly 6 yards per carry for coach Jerwin Wilson.

Baker was the mainstay of one of the best defenses in the area, compiling 101 tackles with 9 sacks for a minus 52 yards for coach Spencer Heard.

Also making the first team on offense were Trivenskey Mosley, Larry Moton Jr. and Montrell Burnham (Woodlawn), Delmonte Hall and Dustin Hien (North DeSoto), Patrick Heard, Kelcey Miller, Tavarius Edwards, Darien Mitchell and Antonio Rivette (Minden), John Westmoreland, Doyle Adams Jr., Colton Sessions and Brooks Cram (Benton) and Lecedric Smith and Peyton Bogan (Northwood) and Mario Flores (Bossier).

Defensive first team members included TJ Anderson and Jordan Myles (Benton), Dontae Cawthorn (Fair Park), Cameron Morgan, Leonardo McCarter and Ventavious Williams (Minden), Vickers Haynes, Ardarryun Chism, Corey Bell, Latravious Lewis, Joshua Dykes and Larry Moton Jr. (Woodlawn), Hunter Bates and Deon Thomas (North DeSoto), Egbert Phillips (Northwood) and Keimun Daniels (Bossier).
