Michael Porter Jr.’s senior season has yet to officially start, but that doesn’t mean he’s been kept out of the highlights. That’s what preseason jamborees are for.
That’s Porter Jr. above, throwing down an insane self-alley oop off the backboard for a dunk that highlights just how unfair it is to ask anyone to defend the 6-foot-10, uber-athletic small forward. Having Porter arrive at Seattle’s Nathan Hale for his senior season is practically like winning the lottery.
Of course, Porter Jr. playing anywhere is reason for the rest of us to celebrate. We just need to keep seeing ridiculously ostentatious slams and offensive highlights to remind us of just how special the Washington signee truly is.
