Alexa Comfort

School: Southern

Year: Senior

Position: Offense

Highlights: Comfort was a four-year varsity starter. She broke the school’s all-time scoring record with 262 goals. This season she led the team with 91 goals, and 23 assists. Aside from being one of the team’s captains, she was chosen as Southern’s MVP. She played in the first Monmouth County vs. Ocean County All-Star Game where she scored two goals and was picked as Ocean County’s MVP. She will be attending San Diego State on a lacrosse scholarship.

Jessica Rosa

School: Brick Memorial

Year: Senior

Position: Offense

Highlights: Rosa set a school record this season with her 295th career goal and had 151 assists for her career. She was the Shore Conference third leading scorer this season with 87 goals and 51 assists. She has been a varisty starter for four years, and helped the Mustangs go 16-5.

Grace Fallon

School: Red Bank Catholic

Year: Sophomore

Position: Defense

Highlights: In only her second varisty season, Fallon has helped Red Bank Catholic become one of the strongest teams in the Shore Conference. She helped her team win the t Shore Conference Tournament for the first time since 1999 and the NJSIAA South Group II title. The sectional titlr was RBC’s first. She led the Casey’s with 53 assists, and scored 37 goals..

Kaitlyn Cunningham

School: Red Bank Catholic

Year: Senior

Position: Defense

Highlights: Cunningham played an important part in Red Bank Catholic’s successful season. Her senior leadership helped the Caseys tie a school record of 20 wins and advance to the NJSIAA Group II championship match.. She wasa three-year starter. Cunningham makes her first appearance on All-Shore first team after she was a second team selection in 2011. She scored 63 goals and had 13 assists this season. She will be playing lacrosse at Manhattan College next year on a lacrosse scholarship.

Jenna DeMarinis

School: Freehold Township

Year: Senior

Position: Goalie

Highlights: DeMarinis is a four-year varsity starter who set a school record with over 600 career saves. She made 185 saves this year and had a .572 save percentage. She helped the Patriots finish with a 14-4 record. DeMarinis is an All-Shore first team selection for the first time. She was a second-team member last season and a third-team selection in 2010. She was named the team’s MVP and will be playing at Stony Brook University on a scholarship next season.

Cat Luick

School: Red Bank Catholic

Year: Senior

Position: Defense

Highlights: After transfering to Red Bank Catholic two years ago, Luick helped turn the Caseys program around. She the season with 64 goals and 25 assists. She will be playing lacrosse at the Univeristy of Vermont next year and will be studying recreation therapy.

Chelsey Henderson

School: Shore

Year: Senior

Position: Offense

Highlights: Henderson is a four-year starter and finished third in scoring for Shore with 43 goals, 23 assists and 35 ground balls. For her career, she had 133 goals and 72 assists for 205 points. She helped the Blue Devils achieve a 15-6 record. This is Henderson’s second appearance on the All-Shore first team. She was a second team selection in 2010. She was named MVP during the first Monmouth vs. Ocean County All-Star Game. She will continue her lacrosse career at Villanova next year and major in business.

Alyson Chwatek

School: Shore

Year: Senior

Position: Offense

Highlights: Chwatek is a four-year starter who had a breakthrough season. She averagedg 5.5 points a game. She led the Bulldogs in scoring with 58 goals, 58 assists and 22 ground balls for 116 points. She helped her team reach the Shore Conference Tournament semifinals and the NJSIAA South Group I semifinals. She will be studying international affairs at George Washington University in the fall.

Molly Arnette

School: Shore

Year: Senior

Position: Offense

Highlights: Arnette was the Blue Devils’ second-leading scorer with 68 goals, two assists and 18 ground balls. For her career, she had 132 goals and 21 assists for 153 points. Arnette is a repeat All-Shore first-team selection. She will be studying nursing at Clemson University in the fall.

Shea Gegan

School: Manasquan

Year: Senior

Position: Offense

Highlights: Gegan led her team in scoring with 64 goals and 29 assists. She is a four-year starter and helped Manasquan win the Shore Conference Class C Central championship. She helped her team advance to the Shore Conference finals and the NJSIAA South Group II semifinals. Before making her first All-Shore first-team appearance, she was an All-Shore second-team selection in 2011. She will continue her lacrosse career at Wagner College next year.

Claire Scarrone

School: Rumson-Fair Haven

Year: Senior

Position: Defense

Highlights: Scarrone is a four-year starter and captain for the Bulldogs. She led her team in scoring with 62 goals, 57 assists and 92 ground balls. For her career, she had 139 goals and 112 assists. She was chosen as the team’s MVP and led her team to a 15-5 record. She helped her team reach the semifinals in the Shore Conference Tournament and the NJSIAA North Group II semifinals. She played in the first Monmouth vs. Ocean County All-Star Game, and was selected to play in this year’s Under Armour All-American Game on June 30. She will continue her lacrosse career at Duke University next year.

Gretchen Fay

School: Manasquan

Year: Senior

Position: Defense

Highlights: Fay was second in scoring for Manasquan with 58 goals, and 17 assists. She was a dynamic part of the Warriors’ run in the Shore Conference Tounament and helped her team reach the NJSIAA South Group II semifinals. She is a four-year starter who makes her first appearance on the All-Shore first team after she was a Second-Team selection in 2011. She scored her 100th goal this year, and will continue her lacrosse career at Wagner next year.

Addie Elliott

School: Rumson-Fair Haven

Year: Senior

Position: Defense

Highlights: Elliott is a four-year starter who earned her first selection on the All-Shore first team after being selected as a second team member last year. Her senior leadership played an important part in the Bulldogs strong defense this season. Rumson held opponents to a Shore Conference-low 5.9 goals. This season she had 51 ground balls, seven draw controls, seven takeaways and 14 forced turnovers to earn the team’s Defensive Player of the Year award. For her career, she has 109 ground balls, 18 draw controls, 22 takeaways and 20 forced turnovers. She will continue playing lacrosse at Rutgers University next year.

Marie Moore

School: Brick Memorial

Year: Junior

Position: Offense

Highlights: Moore was the leading scorer in the Shore Conference this year with 94 goals and 73 assists for 167 points. She was named Brick Memorial’s Most Valuable Player. She is a three-year starter and scored her 200th career goal this year. For her career, she has 202 goals and 168 assists. She is one of the team’s captains and helped the Mustangs go 16-5. The record is the best in school history.
