The Valders boys and girls cross country teams were well represented when the All-Olympian Conference teams were announced this week, with three Vikings being named to the first team.

Senior Michael Evans and sophomore Derek Doescher were named to the boys first team while Beth Evans (So.) was named to the girls for the Vikings. Also named first team All-OC was Manitowoc Lutheran junior Rachel Winter.

In total, six boys and four girls were named All-OC for Valders with Thomas Meidl (Sr.), Joseph Kinscher (Sr.), Joseph Krizek (Sr.) and Thomas Schwoerer (So.) making the boys second team. Jacqueline Wenzel (So.), Angela Brandl (Jr.) and Morgan Kelly (So.) made the girls second team.

Lutheran seniors Connor Rehbein and Phil Krahn were the lone Lancers boys to be named All-OC, making the second team.
