These five players turned in spectacular performances in Week 6:
1) NICK MAHER
Woodhaven: The senior quarterback carried the ball 30 times and gained 342 yards and scored two TDs to spark Woodhaven to a 64-36 win over unbeaten Wyandotte.
2) DRAKE HARRIS
Grand Rapids Christian: The Michigan State-bound junior caught 10 passes for 211 yards and touchdowns of 21, 10, 60 and 8 yards in a 49-35 victory over East Grand Rapids.
3) GARRETT POUGNET
Flint Powers: The quarterback/defensive back completed 14 of 22 passes for 159 yards and a TD and ran for four TDs while adding two picks in a 42-28 win over Davison.
4) BART WILLIAMS
Grand Blanc: In a 48-27 win over Pinckney, the senior quarterback, right, completed 21 of 28 passes for 359 yards and seven TDs, second most in state history.
5) DARIUS PHILLIPS
Dearborn Heights Robichaud: He caught six passes for 242 yards and four TDs, stripped the ball for 58-yard TD and turned a fumble into a 42-yard gain in a 43-29 win over Thurston.
