The Winnebago Lutheran boys cross country team had the top two finishers and won the team title at the WLA Invitational at UW-Fond du Lac.
Mitchell Bilitz won in 17 minutse, 0.55 seconds, while Eric Bilitz was second in 17:39.4.
Brady Kollmann took ninth for the Vikings in 19:15.34.
Laconia took second as a team with Mitchell Freiberg leading the Spartans with his time of 19:02.84 for seventh.
Eric Urness (12th, 19:47.21) and Joe Nguyen (13th, 19:52.02) led St. Lawrence to third.
Ryan Biffert (16th, 20:18.21) paced seventh-placed Lomira.
Lomira led area teams by taking second place behind Peshtigo. WLA took third and Laconia was fourth.
The Vikings’ Abi Theander led area runners in third place in a time of 18 minutes, 25.55 seconds.
WLA’s Mariah Giffey (sixth, 19:09.4) and Courtney Williams (ninth, 19:18.81) also finished in the top 10.
Lomira had a pair of top-10 runners in Stephanie Luedtke, who took seventh in 19:10.21 and Savannah Borges, who was 10th in 19:29.49.
Kayla Jacob led Laconia in 18th with a time of 20:13.96.
