Boys soccer roundup: Cropper lifts Pulaski past Bay Port


SUAMICO – Sean Cropper had two first-half goals while Ryan Hansen added another as Pulaski defeated Bay Port 3-1 on Tuesday in a Fox River Classic boys soccer match.

Ryan Fuglestad scored the lone goal for the Pirates in the second half.

Green Bay Notre Dame 1, Sheboygan North 1

Michael Latorre scored host Notre Dame’s only goal in the first half.

The Tritons were unable to hold off Sheboygan North, however.

Cody Weis scored on a free kick 6 minutes into the second half to tie the game.

Green Bay Southwest 2, Sheboygan South 0

SHEBOYGAN – Collin Niccum and Mack Dedmon each scored as Green Bay Southwest improved to 1-1 in FRCC play.

Green Bay East 5, Ashwaubenon 2

Tyler Jones scored twice and added a pair of assists and Fernando Mejia also scored twice as host Green Bay East pulled away from Ashwaubenon.

Richard Lee also scored for the Red Devils (8-1-2, 1-1).

Jonathan Baron and Jon Gregory each scored for Ashwaubenon and Zach Jisa made nine stops in net.

Algoma 3, Kewaunee 0

ALGOMA – Trey McAfee, Nathaniel Berg and Rodrigu Arvizu each scored to lead Algoma past Kewaunee.

Jake Blazkovec made seven saves for the Wolves.

On Monday, McAfee, Arvizu and Tyler Pichette each scored as Algoma defeated Manitowoc Roncalli 3-1.

N.E.W. Lutheran 5, Wrightstown 1

Nathaniel Schaefer recorded a hat trick, and Sam Brock and Grant Glodoski also scored goals as the host Blazers (8-0-0, 5-0-0) downed the Tigers.

Rodrigo Pimentel scored the lone goal for Wrightstown.

Luxemburg-Casco 7, Denmark 0

LUXEMBURG – Austin Nellis netted a hat trick as Luxemburg-Casco won its Bay Conference opener.

Jacob Massart had the shutout in goal, Jake Ledvina had two goals and Bryce Barrone, Zac Kline and Jake Ledvina each scored for the Spartans.

West De Pere 5, Tomah 3

DE PERE – Kyle Zychowski scored twice and Ozzy Ramirez, Baldy Ramirez and Jake Green added solo goals as West De Pere outlasted Tomah.

Shawn Prokash had seven saves for the Phantoms (4-3).
