* Meadowbrook 48, Coshocton 22: At Byesville, a Redskins team missing two starters to sickness couldn’t overcome a slow start in an ECOL road game.

Freshman Marisa Goodright tallied 22 points with six rebounds, with 10 coming in the first half as the Colts took a 26-13 halftime lead.

Meadowbrook (2-6) led 35-18 entering the fourth.

Kasey Means tallied 15 points for Coshocton (1-3 ECOL, 1-8), which made just 10 of 36 field goals and had 21 turnovers.

“They were the aggressor today,” Coshocton coach Paul Bowman said. “We didn’t come to play today. We didn’t rebound well on the offensive end and we turned the ball over against their pressure.”

Mayzie Epperson had 10 points for the Colts.

Meadowbrook won the reserve game 41-10. Alexis Rose had five points for Coshocton.
