RALSTON VALLEY 5, POUDRE 2 — At Arvada, Ralston Valley scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to edge the Impalas.
Poudre had a 2-1 lead going into the sixth but an error in the outfield turned the game around.
“We played hard the first five innings, then we let errors take over and we handed them a win,” Impalas coach Christy Malara said. “It was a tough loss, but we learned what we need to do.”
