Sheboygan North’s girls basketball team kept Green Bay East to single-digit scoring in every quarter Friday night.

Meanwhile, the Golden Raiders’ scoring machine fired up for an explosive 80-27 win on the road that bumps North’s overall record to 5-1.

North hit 12 shots from behind the 3-point arc and got points from every player in the rout. Connor Dlugopolski led with 19 points, but Taylor Dallmann wasn’t far behind with 15. CJ Usadel had 12 points and Macey Konter had 11.

“We shot the ball really well,” North coach Eric Spielman said, noting Dallmann’s 11 first-half points off the bench helped spark the Raiders’ aggressive charge.

Dlugopolski hit three shots from behind the 3-point arc to lead North’s strong perimeter shooting. The Raiders had seven players hit from behind the arc.

The Raiders, who play their home opener Thursday night against Green Bay Preble, are now 2-1 in the Fox River Classic Conference.
