Isaiah Jones has made a decision. He’s going to be a Seminole.
Atlantic Coast Conference rivals Clemson, Miami and Georgia Tech also had offered the receiver, but Jones’ mother, Lakina Jones, informed the News Journal via email Friday of her son’s decision to attend Florida State.
The 6-foot-4, 210-pound senior considered Auburn, Florida State and Lousville among his leading schools, ultimately deciding to go to Tallahassee.
Jones, considered a 4-star talent and the NO. 150 overall player in this year’s class by Rivals.com, had six offers from Southeastern Conference school among his 17 offers.
