After trailing 6-0 after the first quarter, the Kiel football team scored three unanswered touchdowns en route to a 27-14 home victory over Howards Grove on Friday night.
Kiel had a pair of 9-yard touchdown runs from Dakota Marksman as the Raiders accumulated 301 rushing yards on a total of 38 attempts.
A key play contributing to the large amount of rushing yards the Raiders were able to gain was the 62-yard touchdown run by Aaron Field in the third quarter which put the game at 20-6 entering the final frame.
Each team scored a touchdown in the fourth with Howards grove making a two-point conversion.
