Ran for 1,568 yards and 23 TDs in 10 games and was named to the Division 1-2 all-state team. Paced the CAAC Blue runner-up Comets’ offense that averaged 33 points per game.

RB Connor Brewer

Haslett senior

5-10, 170

Ran for 1,292 yards and 21 TDs (7.5 yards per carry) in just nine games for the Vikings (143.5 yards per game). Also earned Division 3-4 all-state honorable mention.

WR Ryan Anderson

DeWitt senior

6-3, 180

Caught 80 passes for 1,221 yards and 16 TDs for the CAAC Red champion Panthers and was Division 3-4 all-state honorable mention. Also averaged more 40 yards per punt with a long of 62 yards.

WR Jack Swain

Lansing Catholic senior

Averaged more than 20 yards per catch and had nine receiving TDs for the CAAC White champion Cougars while also running for 602 yards on 56 carries (10.7 yards per carry) and 11 TDs. Also a Division 5-6 all-state selection.

OL Don Kyre

Olivet senior

Central Michigan commit was named to the Division 5-6 all-state team and helped the Eagles to a district final appearance. Had 63 tackles, including 17 for losses, on defense.

OL Matt Freeman

Helped the Trojans to their first playoff appearance since 2001 and their first playoff win in school history. Was also named Division 3-4 all-state honorable mention.

OL Sam Rathbun

Haslett senior

Blocked for a Vikings offense that scored more than 26 points per game. Earned honorable mention on the Division 3-4 all-state team.

OL Adam Coon

Fowlerville senior

6-4, 260

University of Michigan wrestling commit was an all-state guard for the Gladiators in 2011 before earning Division 3-4 all-state honors this year as a linebacker with 129 tackles.

OL Curtis Doyle

Alma junior

6-6, 295

Athletic lineman that moves great for his size. Blocked for a Panthers offense that averaged almost 30 points per game and was a Division 5-6 all-state selection.

K Cameron West

DeWitt junior

6-0, 165

Was 5 for 8 on field goal attempts with three makes coming from 40 yards or further and a long of 43. Hit 44-of-46 extra points and had 26 touchbacks on kickoffs for the CAAC Red champion Panthers.
