Valders’ Drew Binversie had 12 points, five rebounds and one assist in the North’s 93-70 loss against the South in the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Division 3 All-Star Game in Wisconsin Dells on Saturday.

The boys and girls all-star games pits the state’s top seniors in exhibition play.

Binversie started for the North and was one of nine players in double figures in the loss. He shot 4-of-10 from the field and went a perfect 4-for-4 from the free-throw line.

In the girls Division 3 game on Friday, Krista Kadow of Mishicot and Roncalli’s Kaylee Suettinger were on the losing end with the South defeating the North 76-59.

Kadow started and went 3-for-5 from the field for 10 points while grabbing four rebounds and one steal. Suetteinger also had 10 points on 4-of-15 shooting and tied for the North lead with three blocks.

Manitowoc Lutheran’s Leah Nass scored five points for the South the Division 4 games which was won by the North 79-54. Nass shot 1-for-2 but was 3-for-6 from the line.She added four boards and one steal.
