Maclay’s home football game tonight against Munroe will not only be Senior Night for 10 players.
It will also be a Pink Out Night to raise awareness for breast cancer research.
North Florida Christian is also donating all proceeds from its home game tonight against Walton to the Courage Through Cancer ministry.
Eagle football players are wearing pink shirts in school today.
At Maclay, boosters are hosting a tailgate at 5:30 p.m. and the senior presentation at 6:30 p.m.
A portion of the gate receipts will go to the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) Foundation and new cancer wing. Maclay cheerleaders will also be spraying fans’ hair pink for a donation.
The game program will list relative or friends of players and the coaching staff who have been affected by breast cancer.
Players and cheerleaders will be wearing pink accessories as well.
Kicoff is 7 p.m.
Maclay can clinch the North Division of the North Florida Football Conference with a victory. The Marauders, on a five-game win streak, are defending conference champions.
