Leading 1-0 entering the third inning, the Manitowoc Legion baseball team allowed host Menasha to score four runs each in the third and sixth inning en route to a 10-1 loss on Saturday.
Manitowoc (6-8) was held to one hit in the game while it committed four errors and allowed 11 hits.
Brennan Mrotek started and took the loss, throwing four innings and allowing six runs, two earned, on six hits and four walks with three strikeouts. Nick Spurney pitched two innings of relief, allowing four earned runs on five hits and three walks with a strikeout.
Logan Koss led Manitowoc by going 1-for-2 with a pair of walks. Manitowoc left 12 runners on base and was 0-for-6 with runners in scoring position after drawing a total of 12 walks.
