Aimee Vizzuso scored the winning goal with eight minutes left in overtime to lift the 13th-seeded Montville field hockey team to a 1-0 upset of No. 4 Morris Knolls in a Morris County Tournament preliminary game Sunday.

Kellie Vizzuso sent a cross from five yards out to Aimee Vizzuso, who swept the ball into the lower left corner for the win. Goalie Lindsay Karback made five saves for the Mustangs (4-2-2) while Emily Wisneski made four saves for the Golden Eagles (7-3). Montville will face No. 12 Mendham in the quarterfinals.

Parsippany 2, Hanover Park 0: Junior defender Samantha Pignatelli had a goal and an assist to lead the 15th-seeded Red Hawks (4-4-1). Junior defender Amanda Nardella also scored while freshman goalie Danielle Spillert made five saves for her second career shutout. Parsippany will face No. 2 Morris Catholic in the next round.

Morris Hills 1, Dover 0: Casarah Morales scored the game-winner for the 12th-seeded Scarlet Knights (6-5). Melanie Marotta made four saves. For the 21st-seeded Tigers (4-6), goalie Andrea Morales made 13 saves. Morris Hills will face No. 5 Roxbury in the next round.

Morris Knolls 2, Morristown 0: Junior forward Isabel Katz and senior midfielder Emily Kritharis scored for the eighth-seeded Golden Eagles (6-3). Senior midfielder Diana Mikula and senior defender Nicole Nemeth chipped in assists while senior goalie Annie George made one save. For the 25th-seeded Colonials (1-6), senior goalie Charlotte Antoni made 11 saves. Morris Knolls will face No. 9 Pequannock in the next round.

Whippany Park 2, Jefferson 0: Junior forward/midfielder Dina Sheira and sophomore midfielder Kate Cantrell scored to lead the 14th-seeded Wildcats (7-3). Sophomore defender Lauren Schanz, junior defender Megan Lee and senior midfielder Ashley Granato contributed assists. Senior goalie Alexa Cozzarelli made no saves for her fifth shutout. Junior goalie Danielle Beniulis made 17 saves for the 19th-seeded Falcons (3-5-1). Whippany Park will travel to No. 3 Randolph in the next round.

Chatham 3, Montville 0: Junior midfielder Kelsey Burke scored twice to lead the 13th-seeded Cougars (4-5). Senior midfielder McCall Moore had a goal, senior forward Lina Proska had two assists while sophomore midfielder Emily Walczyk had one. Junior goalie Morgan Maltby made six saves for the shutout. For the 20th-seeded Mustangs (3-5), Rosie Hauser made 15 saves. Chatham will face No. 4 Villa Walsh in the next round.

Mountain Lakes 3, Mount Olive 1: Brooke Bakewell had a goal and an assist to lead the 16th-seeded Lakers (3-6). Peyton Annese and Chloe Harris also scored while Ashley Conner had an assist. Goalie Zoe Rankin made nine saves. For the 17th-seeded Marauders (2-6-1), junior midfielder Nicolette Thorkildsen scored and sophomore goalie Maggie Nolan made 10 saves. Mountain Lakes will travel to top-seeded West Morris in the next round.

Parsippany Hills 6, Boonton 0: Sally Campuzano and Carolyn Warner each scored twice to lead the 11th-seeded Vikings (5-3-1). Alex Gilgorri and Tyler Madison also scored. Rochelle Blair and Genevieve Pica combined for seven saves. For the 22nd-seeded Bombers, Emily Kelly made 17 saves. Parsippany Hills will face No. 6 Kinnelon in the next round.
