Pennfield jumped up to the No. 2 ranking in the Division 4 poll thanks to its 4-0 record this season. The Panthers will look to stay perfect when they host Maple Valley on Friday in a Kalamazoo Valley Association clash.
Union City remained a top-10 team following its 33-18 victory over Athens in the ‘Little Brown Jug’ game. The Chargers are ranked No. 7 in the Division 7 poll. Union City will visit Springport on Friday for a Big Eight Conference contest.
Climax-Scotts also stayed undefeated with its 41-0 shutout win over North Adams-Jerome, helping the Panthers hold on to the No. 6 ranking in Division 8. C-S will be on the road Friday, visiting Camden Frontier in SCAA action.
