SARANAC – Dalton Trefil scored 18 points as Fulton remained unbeaten and improved to 3-0 by defeating Saranac 68-36 in its Central Michigan Athletic Conference high school boys basketball opener on Wednesday night. Talon Hyde added 11 points and nine rebounds for the Pirates (3-0, 1-0). The Redskins (0-3, 0-1) were led by John Kinsman with 11 points.
