The No. 3 Manitowoc Lutheran football team’s season came to an end on the road in the WIAA Division 6 Level 2 playoff game on Friday, 27-0 against No. 2 Shiocton.

Lutheran (8-2) was held to 124 yards of total offense while Shiocton’s (9-1) Jacob Van Asten piled up 232 yards on 36 carries. The Lancers, meanwhile, were led by Peter Menges who had 32 yards on 12 attempts.

Through the air, Ethan Hilmer led Lutheran, completing 7-of-17 for 59 yards and two interceptions. Teammate Tyler Blattler caught one pass for 20 yards to lead the team.
