On Monday the Olympian Packerland-Large Conference announced its all-conference teams with Roncalli, Valders and Mishicot each having players selected.

Defensively, Roncalli senior interior lineman Steven Heili and linebacker Mason Scheer were selected to the first team while junior linebacker Alex Deets, junior defensive end Nathan Miller and senior punter Logan Koss were honorable mentions.

For Valders, senior linebacker Brandon Ertel and senior defensive back Stetson McCulley were honorable mentions as were Mishicot senior interior lineman Matt Spevacek, senior linebacker Dakota Geiger and senior defensive back Derek Hlinak.

On offense, Roncalli senior running back Alex Katz and lineman Miller were awarded first-team honors while Koss was selected to the second team as a split end. Also for the Jets, senior lineman Wesley Pautz and junior lineman Spencer Fricke received honorable mentions.

Mishicot junior lineman Jon Brendemuehl was named to the second team and teammate senior Brandon Butler was an honorable mention at quarterback. Valders also received a pair of honorable mentions for senior lineman Dakota Althen and Ertel at running back.

Valders’ Bill Lindholm was also selected as assistant coach of the year.
