Manitowoc Lincoln jumped out to a 26-9 lead at the end of the first quarter and never looked back in an 80-24 road win over Green Bay East on Friday night.

The Ships led 56-14 at halftime and 71-16 heading into the fourth quarter.

Lincoln (3-0, 2-0 Fox River Classic Conference) was led by Alyssa Grotegut who had a game-high 23 points while teammate Alyssa Fischer added 18 points.

Also for the Ships, Shawny Gabriel had 13 points and Michaela Jagemann had 10.

Lincoln allowed only one Green Bay East (0-6, 0-3 FRCC) player to reach double figures in scoring.

Lincoln will next host Sheboygan North (3-0, 0-0 FRCC) on Tuesday.

Two Rivers jumped out to a 15-10 lead after the first quester and led 33-20 at halftime and never looked back in the road win.

The Raiders led 53-32 entering the fourth quarter.

Two Rivers (2-0, 3-2 Eastern Wisconsin Conference) was led by Mackenzie Walesh who had a game-high 16 points while teammate Aly Wanek had 14. Also for the Raiders, Marissa Broehm had 10 points and Kati Knitter and Alexi Walesh each had nine.

Only one New Holstein (0-2, 1-3 EWC) player reached double figures.

Two Rivers next will host Kiel on Thursday.

Down 10-8 after the first quarter, host Kiel fell behind 22-13 at halftime and couldn’t recover despite outscoring Sheboygan Falls 16-4 in the fourth quarter.

Two players reached double figures for Sheboygan Falls (5-0, 3-0 EWC) while the top scorer for Kiel (1-2, 3-4 EWC) was Brooke Goehring with 12 points.

She was the only Raiders player to reach double figures.

Kiel will next visit Two Rivers on Thursday.

Lutheran edged visiting Reedsville behind a team-high 16 points from MacKayla Menges.

Shelby Otto also scored 16 for the Panthers, which trailed 26-19 at halftime before clawing back by outscoring Lutheran 13-7 in the third quarter but couldn’t complete the comeback.

Also in the double figures for the game was the Lancers Julia Barthels (11) and Emily Unke (10).
