Lexi Schraeder scored 12 points, and Nicole Marshall added 11 as the Port Edwards girls basketball team led 19-4 at the half and rolled to a 40-23 win over Pacelli in a nonconference win on Friday.
Marisa Rice had nine points to lead the Cardinals, while Sami Kay Shafranski added six points.

The Warriors had too much offense for the Raiders on Friday night, as they won by nine. Jasmin Samz led the Warriors in scoring with 22 points. Caity Coleman also scored 13.
Victoria Hansen led the Raiders in scoring with 13 points. Shelby Steinke also chipped in 10 points.
“I thought we played very well in the first half. Defensively, I thought we took them out of their rhythm. We were able to do what we needed to to secure the victory,” said Wausau West coach Patrick Galligan.
“They pressured us in the first half and we turned the ball over way too many times. We did come back and had a nice second half, but free throws decided it at the end,” said Rapids coach Dan Hancock.

Nekoosa stepped up its defense in the second and third quarters to open up the game and cruised to a South Central Conference win.
Mason Elsen scored 20 points to lead the Papermakers, while Aaron Brost added 10.
