On Tuesday it was announced that the Two Rivers wrestling team jumped up two spots in the Wisconsin Wrestling Online Division 2 Week 2 team poll from No. 5 last week to No. 3 this week.

The Raiders had five individuals ranked, as previously-unranked Paul Bianchi led the way by earning the No. 1 spot at 106 pounds in Division 2. Also for Two Rivers, Scott Skornicka was No. 4 at 195 pounds, Ty Pelot No. 5 at 113, Brian Deurschmidt No. 7 at 182 and Chris Yauch an honorable mention at 138.

Also ranked in the 138-pound class in Division 2 was Valders’ Stetson McCully, who dropped from his ranking last week of No. 1 to No. 2 this week. The Vikings were also represented by Brandon Brennan (No. 4, 220) and Shawn Schnell (HM, 285).

Kiel was represented in Division 2 by Jay Wallace, who was No. 4 at 145 pounds.

Manitowoc Lincoln had two individuals earn rankings in Division 1 — Zac Youngchild (No. 7, 132) and Jonah Mrozinsky (No. 9, 182).

Reedsville, the only other area team to receive a ranking — an honorable mention in Division 3 — had Rene Mora (HM, 145), Grant Wedepohl (No. 5, 152), Elliott Ebert (HM, 160), Andrew Kocourek (No. 8, 195) Lance Brandt (No. 2, 220) and Colby Kasten (No. 2, 138) all earn individual rankings.

Also at 138, Mishicot’s Boone Young was an honorable mention. The Indians were led by Jon Brendenmuehl (285) and Weston Cracraft (113) as they each earned No. 3 rankings while teammates Luke Finnel (No. 8, 126) and Mason Cracraft (No. 9, 145) also were ranked.

Roncalli’s Stephen Heile earned an honorable mention at 285.
