Roncalli girls tennis coach Mike Halla got his 99th dual win in Manitowoc on Thursday as the Jets topped Sheboygan Falls 7-0.

In singles, Elizabeth Kuenzi (No. 1), Chloe Kitzerow (No. 3) and Laura Platteter (No. 4) earned 6-0, 6-0 singles wins for Roncalli (10-3) while No. 2 player Emily Halvorsen defeated Erica Duda 6-1, 6-1. Kitzerow is now 12-1 while Kuenzi and Halvorsen are each 11-2.

Roncalli’s No. 1 pair of Abby Halla and Tallie Piaskowski earned a 6-2, 6-0 win over Dana Kluz-Abby Klescewski to increase their season record to 13-0. Also earning doubles wins were Sophie Pitz-Catherine Taddy (No. 2) and Anne Platteter-Hannah Kubsh (No. 3).

Roncalli will attempt to get Mike Halla his 100th win on either Friday or Saturday as the Jets play in the Middleton Invite where they will take on Madison East, Madison West, Homestead, Waunakee and Middleton.

Kiel’s No. 1 singles player Nicole Lange defeated Two Rivers’ Nicole Daetz 6-0, 6-0 while No. 2 player Ellie Karls earned a win for Kiel by topping Elizabeth Manna 6-0, 6-1. The No. 3 and No. 4 singles matches were forgeitted by Two Rivers.

Two Rivers swept the doubles matches with Taylor Czekala-Lindsay Fish (No. 1), Ashley Kakuk-Gabby Yokiel (No. 2) and Crystal Dax-rachel Sosnosky (No. 3) earning wins.
