The Roncalli girls tennis team shut out visiting Waupun 7-0 on Tuesday in Eastern Wisconsin Conference action.

The Jets dropped one game in seven matches as Elizabeth Kuenzi, Emily Halvorsen and Chloe Kitzerow each won 6-0, 6-0, respectively, in Nos. 1-3 singles.

In doubles, Abby Halla-Tallie Piaskowski (No. 1), Catherine Taddy-Sophie Pitz (No. 2), Anne Platteter-Hannah Kubsh (No. 3) swept their opponents by the same scores.

Halla and Piaskowski have yet to lose, improving to 12-0 on the season.

Roncalli (10-2) is in action next on Thursday when it hosts Sheboygan Falls.

The closet Two Rivers came to stealing a win was in No. 1 doubles, as Taylor Czekala and partner Lindsay Fish fell narrowly to Plymouth’s Sophia Kiela-Beth Brisson 6-4, 6-4.
