The Roncalli girls volleyball team hosted a triangular on Thursday night and came away with a split in two matches — topping Cedar Grove Belgium 2-0 and falling to Bonduel 2-1.

The Jets got up early on Bonduel and won the first game 25-18. However, Bonduel won the next two games by scores of 25-23 and 15-12 to hand Roncalli the loss.

Facing Cedar Grove-Belgium, Roncalli won both games by a score of 25-20.

No other stats from the triangular were submitted to the Herald Times Reporter.


Reedsville split its pair of home matches, falling to Sturgeon Bay 2-1 while defeating Freedom 2-1.

Against Sturgeon Bay, Reedsville dropped the first two games by the score of 25-20. The Panthers won the third game, 25-21, as Kayla Sheahan had six points and Chrisanna Bamicklow had five.

The Panthers went on to win the first two games against Freedom by scores of 25-22 and 25-15 before falling in the final game 25-20.

Holly Olm had eight points and nine assists to lead Reedsville while Nichole Mangin had seven points. Shelby Otto also had six kills and two blocks for the Panthers.


Two Rivers played Waupun first and lost in three games — 25-14, 25-7 and 25-8. In its second matchup, the Raiders played Kiel and lost in three games — 25-10, 25-19 and 25-8.

Two Rivers finished the night against Campbellsport and lost in three — 25-18, 25-12 and 25-9.

Two Rivers was led Stephanie Hallada with five kills, 15 assists and 11 digs. Amanda Komorski also had six kills and Brittany Proehl had 11 digs.

No statistics or scores for Kiel’s other matches were submitted to the Herald Times Reporter.
