Meet this week’s WKYC-TV Channel 3 “Student-Athlete of the Week,” Canfield High School senior Sabrina Mangapora.

In volleyball, Mangapora was named an All-American Conference selection her freshman, sophomore and junior seasons. She was selected Player of the Year in the AAC in 2011.

Mangapora, a two-sport athlete, has also been a three-year starter on the Cardinals’ basketball team and led the AAC in scoring (20.6 points per game) last season.

Off the court, Mangapora is active in the school, participating in Y-Teens and the school’s National Honor Society and Key Club.

Mangapora currently maintains a 3.906 GPA
