Riverdale’s girls improved to 3-0 with a 78-49 victory over Independence on Tuesday night.

Shelbie Davenport led three Lady Warriors in double figures with 19 points. Alexa Middleton had 17 and Brandy Alley netted 16.

MTCS 54, Culleoka 35

Chandler Adams had 19 point, and Megan Smith and Ashlynd Wilkerson added 10 each for the Lady Cougars.

Richland 44, Eagleville 41

Nicole Duke had 13 points to lead Eagleville, while Kristin Barnes and Chelsea Scott had 12 each. Michelle Johnson added 11 points.

Central Magnet 42, Red Boiling Springs 34

The Lady Tigers (3-0) got 17 points from Ola Obi and 10 from Sophie Fielder.

Providence Christian 34, Holloway 22

Amelia Rosa led PCA with 12 points, and Darien McCullough scored eight for Holloway.


Oakland 74, Shelbyville 48

Kyle Oliver led the Patriots (1-0) with 21 points, while Kendale Welborne and George Stansberry and 13 and 11, respectively.

Blackman 73, Antioch 45

Justin Coleman scored a team-high 15 points for the Blaze, while Darius Thompson and Lukas Hart had eight points each.

Smyrna 44, Lebanon 40

Gonda Ameri had 14 points and Taylor Vanderbilt had nine for the Bulldogs (2-0).

Logan Thigpen led the Warriors (1-1) with 24 points, Brad Woodson had 22 and Tomaz Gray added 12.

Eagleville 46, Richland 44

Josh McCrary hit a 3-pointer with four seconds remaining to cap a 10-point fourth-quarter comeback. He led the Eagles (2-1) with 12 points, all on 3-pointers. Ben Kelley added 11 points.

MTCS 53, Culleoka 45 (OT)

Derrick Spears had 15 points, Ben Brown had 12 and David Capps added 11 for the Cougars (2-0). In JV play, Luke Howell had 14 points and Trey Hickey 12 in a 49-47 win over Culleoka.

Providence Christian 79, Holloway 77

Jake Johnson had 26 points on 10 of 13 shooting and Peyton Thomas added 21 for PCA> Treanious Gosie led Holloway with 21 points, and James Gatson had 19.
