DELTA TWP. – The Waverly Soccer Club is hosting its 2nd annual pop can drive fundraiser on Sept 15, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Winans Elementary School parking lot.
The Soccer Club will use the funds generated from this event to help cover the cost of both the Waverly High School Boys and Girls soccer seasons.
These teams are both self funded Varsity sports at the high school. Due to the self funding status the club covers many of the costs of maintaining these programs.

Waverly Piranhas swim team sets fall registration
DELTA TWP. – The Waverly Piranhas had an awesome summer term. Each of our swimmers worked hard and achieved goals. We also had swimmers who qualified for and swam in the long course State Championship meets.
The Piranhas will hold registration for Fall term on Monday, Sept. 10 and Tuesday, Sept. 18, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 pm at the Waverly High School pool. Swim lessons on tap in Delta Township
DELTA TWP. – Registration began on Tuesday, Sept. 4 for youth and adult swim lessons sponsored by Delta Township Parks & Recreation.
