Oakland (4-3) at Ravenwood (1-5)
Time, place: 7:30 p.m., Raptors Stadium
Radio: WGNS (1450-AM, 100.5-FM, 101.9-FM).
Last meeting: Oakland defeated Ravenwood 49-0 in 2011.
Key players to watch: Oakland: RB D.J. Hood (56 rushing ypg, 7 TDs), QB Rhett Stacey (36.3 passing ypg), WR Kyle Oliver (38.4 receiving ypg). Ravenwood: QB Avery Jankowski (83 yards passing last week), DE Robert Johnson (6.5 sacks this season, 10 tackles-for-loss), RB Seth Rowland (68 rushing yards).
Keys to the game: With quarterback Emmanuel Smith likely out to rest an injured ankle, the Patriots need to establish the run early with Hood and junior Eric Abernathy. That will help relieve pressure at quarterback for Stacey. Ravenwood started a sophomore quarterback in Avery Jankowski due to injuries. The Patriots must pressure him early.
MTCS (0-6, 0-3) at Forrest (3-3, 1-1)
Time, place: 7 p.m., Rockets Stadium
Last meeting: Forrest defeated MTCS 49-7 in 2011.

Keys to the game: MTCS took a step in the right direction a week ago when the Cougars ran for nearly 200 yards in a loss to Community. However, the Cougars must also move the ball in the air with receivers Winn, Oakley Starling and Austin Melton leading the way.
