According to the uploader of the video, that’s Spruce (Dallas) freshman Kemontray Bundred who fields the failed Adams (Dallas) field goal attempt seven yards deep in the end zone with the JV teams tied 21-21. Bundred brings the ball out and manages to break several tackles en route to the end zone — 107 yards away — and an improbable 27-21 win.
