HAGERSTOWN, Ind. – Daniel Charles went 2-for-4 with a double, while Sam Reagan struck out 10 from the mound, helping Hagerstown improve to 7-2 with a 5-2 victory over Shenandoah on Wednesday.
Reagan allowed one earned run, two hits and two walks over six innings to improve to 2-0.
The Tigers play host to Tri-Eastern Conference foe Winchester today.
Falcons fall in 5
MONROE, Ind. – Adams Central scored nine runs in the first inning Wednesday, defeating Winchester 11-0 in five innings.
Jalen Cox, Austin Myers and Bradley Clark had the only hits for Winchester (1-6), while Austin Lahey surrendered three runs, two earned, on four hits and three walks over 31/3 innings of relief.
The Falcons travel to TEC foe Hagerstown today.

Cards sweep Union City
UNION CITY, Ind. – Abby Dargie, Megan Schroeder and Rosie Chimenti all won singles matches as Seton Catholic swept Union City 5-0 Wednesday.
Amanda Warren and Courtney Pierce also teamed up to win at No. 1 doubles for the Cardinals, while Lainy Castaneda and Maria Steins won at No. 2.

Hester paces Knights in win
NEW CASTLE, Ind. – Ryan Hester shot 37 and Chase Brookshear 39 as Northeastern defeated Blue River 161-216 Wednesday at Memorial Park Golf Course.
Jeremy Lacey carded 42 for the Knights, Collin Bell 43 and Justin Orrill 44, while Wes Grim had the low score for the Vikings, a 45.

Tiger boys move to 3-0
Drake Gunder (110 hurdles), Owen Golliher (100), Mason Bledsoe (1,600), Jared Andis (400), Keeton Adams (shot put) and Brett Burns (800) each won an individual event Wednesday as Hagerstown improved to 3-0 with victories over Lincoln and Union Wednesday.
Gunder, Andis, Golliher and Frank Bush teamed to win the 400 relay while Burns, Andis, Alec Hicks and Jevon Osborne won the 1,600 relay as Hagerstown scored 78 points to Lincoln’s 48 and Union’s 0.
Tiger girls win tri
Hannah Rogers (800, high jump) and Aimee Hoodlebrink (100, 200) each won two events as Hagerstown scored 69 points to defeat Lincoln (45) and Union (12) on Wednesday.
Ashley Garrett (100 hurdles) and Lizabeth Kinder (400) also won individual events for the Tigers, while Hoodlebrink contributed to a first-place finish in the 400 relay and Rogers helped the 1,600 relay to victory.
