Charles Clark scored 24 points with a pair of 3-pointers to lead the Stars to an 82-48 rout of McGavock Tuesday night at Siegel High in the Stars’ boys basketball season opener.
Point guard Ryan Jones added 14 while Aden Burton hit three 3-pointers and finished with 13 points. D.J. McGee tallied 11 and Rob LaLance had 10 too.
Siegel (1-0) plays at Lincoln County Friday.
Clarksville Northeast 55, Oakland 45: Ricky Dunnaway led the Patriots (0-1) with 12 points in the road loss. Oakland hosts Mt. Juliet at 6 p.m. today.
