Winning pitcher Chase Beebe struck out 12 and allowed three hits for the host Dover High School baseball team in a 3-0 Mid-Hudson Athletic League victory over Ellenville on Monday.
Kyle Bradshaw was 3 for 3 with a walk, and Tyler Ferguson tripled home two runs for the Dragons (3-8).
Franklin D. Roosevelt 13, Highland 0 — Tyler Fefes had a three-run triple in the eight-run fourth inning and Cody Perotti added a three-run double as the host Presidents shut out the Huskies.
Jon Bixby struck out three and walked two in five innings for Roosevelt (9-3). As a team, Highland had four hits.
Hendrick Hudson 10, Our Lady of Lourdes 6 — Tim Costigan was 2 for 3 with two RBI and a run scored, but the visiting Warriors (7-5) lost to the Sailors.
Lourdes visits Brewster at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Webutuck 5, Millbrook 2 — Freshman Hunter Coulthard picked up his first varsity win, tossing a complete game with five strikeouts and two walks in Amenia.
“He was outstanding,” Webutuck coach Tim McEnroe said. “The last three innings, he didn’t throw more than eight pitches in an inning. His location was great. He was pounding the strike zone and when he threw a curveball, he threw it for a strike.”
Austin Brown and Nick Barnes were each 2 for 3 with an RBI for Webutuck (1-9). Coulthard added an RBI single for the Warriors.
Brogan Revay had an RBI single for Millbrook.
New Paltz 9, Marlboro 1 — Winning pitcher Kyle Eckert scattered five hits, struck out three and walked one for host New Paltz in the MHAL game.
Kyle LaMark tripled and scored three runs, and Mike Stropoli had a double and RBI for the Huguenots, who will bring a two-game winning streak to Saugerties on Wednesday.
Spackenkill 13, Pine Plains 2 — Kenny Herrera had three hits, an RBI and a run scored as the visiting Spartans defeated the Bombers.
Justin Etts had two hits, two RBI and two runs scored for Spackenkill (10-1). Starting pitcher Ben Jenkins tossed a complete game, striking out five and walking one.
Zach Lydon was 1 for 2 with a triple and a run scored for Pine Plains.
Onteora 8, Rhinebeck 2 — Eric Rodriguez was 2 for 3 for host Rhinebeck in the MHAL game.
Nick Hoynes singled home a run for the Hawks (8-3).
