From coach Chad Buehler: “Carson is an incredible skier and has proven that he is one of the best through his performance this season. He took first place in the league and fourth in the regional meet in both slalom and giant slalom events. He is dedicated and does what it takes to excel on skis, on the soccer field and in the classroom. Carson is nearly a straight-A student. As a skier Carson is an inspiration and a leader to our team and the league. A lot of skiers are looking up to Carson. He is the Okemos team captain and has led the team by including everyone and inspiring everyone to perform at their best. It’s been great to work with Carson and to have him on the Okemos race team.”
