COLFAX, CA – The Colfax Cougars defeated the Mesa Verde Mavericks, 48-19 on Friday night.

With the win, the Cougars stay undefeated at 5-0 and the Mavericks drop to 1-4 for the season.

Next week, Mesa Verde hosts Marysville, while Bear River hosts Colfax.
