The Knights boys won Tuesday’s Fredericktown Denny Stevens Invitational.

Fairfield Christian finished with 112 points in the 19-team field, which included Division I and II schools. Top runners for the Knights were Jacob Thompson (8th, 17:21), Jordan Kellett (11th, 17:33), Nate Howes (18:23), Eric Hoover (18:33) and Noah Davis (18:35). Luke Hoover (19:11) and Luke Kumler (19:12) also competed.

Luke Custer finished first (19:27) in the boys open race, and other runners for the Knights in the open race were Caleb Yount (21:48), Zach McCarty (23:03) and Jake Fischer (24:49).

The Fairfield Christian girls finished sixth in the 16-team open race. Hannah Kumler was the top finisher for the Knights (28th, 22:09). Other runners were Katy Keys (22:25), Olivia Ross (22:36), Maggie Arledge (23:27), Iris Kellett (24:12), Maddie Arledge (24:22), Emma Lively (25:46) and Rochelle Tedrow (26:38).
