Hey, look! Dwight Howard and Houston Rockets teammate Chandler Parsons attended a high school football game in Richmond, Texas, last night. That’s pretty cool.
Why were they there, you ask? Because a George Ranch player reached out to Dwight on Twitter. Seriously.

The lesson from all this? For one, Dwight Howard is a good dude. Also, be sure to let your favorite pro athlete know about your next game. There’s a chance, however small, that he or she will actually show up.
