Hannah Doxtator’s single drove home the winning run and capped a three-run rally in the bottom of the seventh inning as Freedom beat Winneconne 9-8 in an Eastern Valley Conference softball game in Freedom.

Doxtator and Rachel Vircks both had three hits for Freedom. Vircks drove in two runs.

Abby King had three RBI and Hannah Peerenboom had a home run and two RBI for Winneconne.

At Clintonville, Ripon scored four times in the seventh inning to win the first game and then pounded out 15 hits in winning the second game against the Truckers.

Clintonville had 13 hits in the two games, while Ripon totaled 29 hits.

Brillion 10, Roncalli 7

At Manitowoc, Tamika Gasch was three-for-four with four RBI and Carly Brault was four-for-five with an RBI as Brillion scored seven times in the fourth inning en route to the win.
