Waupun 53, Sheboygan Falls 49: Led by Adrian Harmsen’s 172 yards and four touchdowns, Waupun defeated the Falcons in a Eastern Wisconsin Conference shootout in a game played in Waupun.

Waupun (2-7, 2-5 EWC) had a 40-19 halftime lead, but 15 third quarter points by Sheboygan Falls allowed them to come back, but Harmsen scored his fourth TD of the day late in the fourth quarter to put the Warriors ahead for good.

The Warriors totaled 459 yards of total offense, with 230 coming on the ground and 229 through the air. Arik Tavs went 11-for-21 for 229 yards and one touchdow to Avery Armga. Armga grabbed five balls for 95 yards while Cody Mitchell had eight catches for 105 yards.

Omro’s Matt Hess scored twice while Chris Hess scored three times as the Foxes jumped out to a 28-0 halftime lead. The Lions (1-8, 0-7 Flyway) scored late in the fourth quarter when Ethan Hackbarth found Bryce Bannach for a 18-yard TD.

Hackbarth struggled through the air, throwing five interceptions but was the team’s leading rusher with 31 yards on just four carries.
