* Year in school/sport: Senior forward on the girls’ hockey team.

* Highlights: Holman had two goals and an assist in the Storm’N Sabres’ 3-0 win Friday at Brainerd/Little Falls.

* What has competing in athletics taught you? “It teaches me how to be a team player and that I need to work with everyone in order to succeed.”

* What’s your most memorable high school moment? “My most memorable moment was two years ago when we made it to the section finals in Bemidji (a 4-2 loss to Roseau).”

* What’s your pre-game routine? “Basically, we warm up and listen to music in the locker room. Then we try to focus, mainly focus on the game and try to get all the outside distractions out of the locker room.”

* Favorite food: Chicken alfredo.

* Favorite movie: Blindside.

* Favorite TV show: Criminal Minds.

* Favorite Web site: Twitter.

* What are your post-high-school plans? “I’m playing hockey in college.” She will attend Concordia College in Wisconsin and major in physical therapy. It’s an NCAA Division III program.

* What’s next? Sartell/Sauk Rapids (2-0 Central Lakes, 2-1 overall) plays Willmar (0-1, 0-4) at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at Bernick’s Arena in Sartell.

The Storm’N Sabres beat the Cardinals by identical 4-1 scores in two meetings last season.

“They have a good team,” Holman said. “They have a first line that is going to be pretty challenging.”
