At Kimberly, the Papermakers used a big second quarter to distance themselves from the Ghosts.

Kimberly was led by Frankie Wurtz, who led all scorers with 22 points, while Jenna Smarzinski added 14.

“Dana McMorrow is a senior guard and she did an outstanding job on Taylor Ball,” Kimberly coach Troy Cullen said. “In that second quarter, Taylor (Ball) had two points and Dana really did an outstanding job defensing her and was a big reason the second quarter was the way it was.”
