Girls soccer: Late penalty kick goal puts Blazers past Southwest

Jaci Mielke scored the eventual game-winning goal for N.E.W. Lutheran on a penalty kick in the 73rd minute, and the Blazers held on for a 3-2 victory over Green Bay Southwest in a nonconference girls soccer game Wednesday.

Abby Benz and Jenny Perez had first-half goals for N.E.W. (2-0-1 overall). Sadie Nier made six saves for the Blazers.
