The New Paltz High School girls tennis team shut out visiting Ellenville on Wednesday, 5-0, to raise its record to 3-1 on the season.
The Huguenots (3-1) received straight-sets singles victories from Julia Cohen, Alice Lee and Emma Hoffman.
The doubles teams of Anaise Nicolas and Justin Kelly, and Madeline Finnegan and Alexandro Nicolas won in straight sets also.
Spackenkill 4, Saugerties 1 — Sophia He earned a 6-0, 6-0 win at first singles, and Vanessa Lam-Tran added a 6-1, 6-0 second-singles victory for the visiting Spartans (3-0).
Priya Sarma added a third-singles win, and the first-singles duo of Sabrina Choi and Arya Mekkat prevailed for Spackenkill.
Marlboro 4, Onteora 1 — Madeline Ross and Grace Messenger both came up victorious in their singles matches winning in three sets.
Marlboro (3-0) won both of their doubles matches behind Rebecca Bishop and Emma Messenger, and Adriana Vacante and Michaela Kulpinski in straight sets.
Pawling 3, Poughkeepsie 1 — Tara Magee and Caitlyn Degennaro each won singles matches for the visiting Tigers in a match where the second doubles competition was not completed.

Somers 4, Roy C. Ketcham 3 – In the Indians’ loss, seventh-grader Eileen Liang won her first varsity match, a three-set victory.
Laura Koob earned a straight-sets victory, and the doubles team of Tina Jing and Ruchi Patel also won for Ketcham.
North Salem 4, Beacon 1 – The doubles team of Rachael Ng and Kayla Mesmain avoided the shutout for the Bulldogs (2-1), who host Haldan on Friday, with their three-set victory.
North Salem improved to 5-1.
Yorktown 6, Arlington 1 — Maranda Sears’ 7-6, 6-4 first-singles win over Catherine Chung accounted for the host Admirals’ only point. Arlington dropped to 2-2 this season.
John Jay-Cross River 6, Our Lady of Lourdes 1 — The host Warriors received a win at second doubles from Dana DiMarco and Danielle Oganowski.
